• Accountable for all logistical movements of products in EMEA from inbound through warehousing to outbound. Outbound of approximately yearly 300,000 pallets and 50,000 parcels.
• Manage operational activities (inbound, warehousing, customization, outbound) for both Finished Goods and Spare Parts (with next day delivery services all over Europe)
• Engage Logistics Vendors (4PL, 3PLs) in meeting Lexmark objectives.
• Collaborate with cross functional BUs (S&OP, OTC, Sales, Finance, etc) to ensure performance targets are in accordance with Lexmark objectives.
• Conduct regular Gemba walks on physical and admin flows to identify opportunities for process improvement to reach cost benefit, process efficiency and enhanced customer experience.
• Responsible for SAP and Analytics support for Logistics.

• Backlog & constraint management: ensure on time product allocation for critical PNs and order fulfillment. Improve SIOP processes to reduce constraint.
• Effective production planning and component procurement by implementing inventory strategy, Kanban method
• Replenishment of EMEA satellite DC’s from central warehouse, monitor and adjust inventory policy to ensure availability and optimal inventory turnover
• Control inventory targets and optimize total cost of ownership.
• Transfer SIOP processes from China to local team.
• E-commerce supply chain processes: forecasting & replenishment

Hungary

• Inventory optimization: VMI pull and EOL inventory management to meet inventory targets
• Overall responsibility for the team success by agreeing, implementing and monitoring individual & team objectives, targets
• Lead day-to-day operational activities
• Provide product visibility to all internal stakeholder

• Plan demand and supply (production, components, intercompany stock transfers)
• Follow-up warehouse capacity for productions and handle exceptions
