WeLearn is a startup agency in the area of creator and influencer marketing. I worked on the international brand strategy collaborating with the local teams in Portugal and Italy. My main projects and achievements include:- Worked on the definition of the brand purpose, establishing partnerships and executing initiatives in the field of social impact and sustainability;- Worked on the BCorp certification application process;- Scouted and establish brand and content partnerships in both markets;- Strategized and managed influencer marketing initiatives;- Managed reviews, including initiatives to continuously increase the number and score.Tools: ClickUp, Notion, Miro, Figma, Buffer.

As part of the International Sales & Marketing team, I managed the sales of Design related products, from lead generation activities until final conversion, improving processes throughout the funnel. I was responsible for the marketing and communication activities, reporting directly to the CEO. I coordinated the work of external providers (developers and video markers) and two internal team members (graphic designer and social media specialist). I volunteered as an Outreach Officer in Cape Verde at the animal defense NGO Simabo, supporting the online communication efforts and awareness campaigns within the community.

I joined this startup project right after its launch as responsible for developing all the communication-related activities. My most outstanding achievement was contributing to the startup's brand building from zero through a strong marketing communication strategy. I have worked on launching an e-commerce project managing relations between the company and the international client. Directly reporting to the Ambassador and the Counsellor, I represented the Embassy in conferences about economic, political, and humanitarian arguments, reporting to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; developed activities in Public Information and Communication Policies, Public Diplomacy and Cultural Activities, and International Relations.

I supported the School's Executive Manager in all activities, such as: coordinating the development of the course contents from preparation to analysis, event management, and logistics, managed all the School activities related to the corporate on-line platform for training management, managing internal communication related to continuous learning.

I supported the Account's activities by writing press releases, elaborating reports, analyzing press clippings, translating international press releases, organizing events, media relations, elaborating press-kits, community management activities, creating strategic communication plans, preparing the new business proposals, and participating in client's meetings.
