CurrentAs the Office Manager at Akeneo, I directly report to the CFO and oversee operations in offices across three regions: the United Kingdom, The Netherlands, and Australia.I was in charge of space planning, office design, move management, and office renovation for our uniquely tailored London and Amsterdam offices.🌟 Facilities Management-Creating operational guides for every office.-Acting as the point of contact with landlords.-Managing escalations of issues with vendors/contractors.-Coordinating essential building services such as cleaning, maintenance, utilities, waste disposal, and food services.-Project planning and management of London and Amsterdam offices, including moves, refurbishments, repairs, and redecorations.🌟 Operational Coordination:-Organising and supporting on-site events, meetings, and collaboration days.-Ensuring in-office practices conform to compliance policies.-Coordinating equipment ordering, replacements, tracking, and setups for all staff, including new starters.-Organising and oversee staff events & entertainment.-Coordinating communications and providing support for offsite meetings and events.-Ordering and tracking company-branded merchandise.-Various office management duties.-Assisting in the onboarding/offboarding of staff.-Supporting staff with travel management and expense processing.-Organising Health & Safety training and First Aid training.
