With experience driving IP creation and supporting portfolio management, I currently act as IP Catalyst where my efforts are focused on identifying, planning, and executing IP initiatives to support the overall business goals. My work includes defining the effects of digital transformation from an intellectual asset perspective, and the business capabilities needed to successfully manage it. My master's thesis work on Data as an Intellectual Asset in 2021 was well-received in the industry, and I have since guest lectured on the topic on several occasions. As part of my efforts to increase IP awareness within academia, I also work proactively in initiating collaborations between the industry and university to develop future IP strategists.
