Develop a consultative role with managers and directors in a variety of areas, acting as single point of contact within the assigned business units (Corporate & Technology). Roll out the people processes (Recruiting, Appraisal, Talent & Development and Satisfaction Survey) to ensure that employees level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards.- Agile Transformation Office: Help business unit to define and describe the agile roles implemented in the company. Collaboration with business unit to define the new agile organization. Coordinate and participate on the definition of the Agile Guide for the company.- Talent Development & Training: Help the business unit leaders to provide employees with development opportunities and ensure that they are able to meet current and future performance standards including development programs.Drive the Performance Appraisal so as the Talent Review for the designated areas. Roll out the annual Employee Engagement Survey, analyze the data, define and monitor the action planning and present results to BU.- Talent Acquisition: Support management in forecasting and planning the talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy. Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting and sourcing for corporate positions (IT, Engineering, SCM, etc.) with strong focus on difficult-to-fill positions by performing direct search to passive candidates. Provide analytics targeting all facets of the hiring and retention process.- Organization & Labour relations: Monitor the HR indicators that are strategic for the company such as headcount, turnover and absentism. Conduct organization and unit needs assessment, make recommendations for change and help to design new structures and positions.
