Current• Design, implement and growth of the Secured business in Spain with the natural evolution from start-up to consolidation based on processes, procedures, and workflows. Fulfilling internal controls requirements as well as ensure smooth regulatory and internal audits.10 portfolios undermanagement +5.200 AUM, Investment value: €200M.• Build and lead a high performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and excellence.• Set clear objectives, provide guidance and conduct regular performance evaluations. 7 people direct reporting.• KPIs and OKRs metrics definition and follow up (4 Key pillars: Collections and revenues, costs, people and control).• Develop and manage the secured business budget, forecasting, revenue, expenses, and profitability.• Present results to the global board committee (US and Europe). MBR and QBR meetings• Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy initiative for the Spanish secured market aligning it with the company’s goal, such as internalization, expansion, and divestment. NPLs divestment plan OB: €190M.• Play a critical role in the investment process assisting deal team by providing operational input and strategies for development of new portfolio model, buy and sell side (loan and REO assets). Managing the transaction process through to a successful conclusion.• Develop and maintain alliance with European clients, banks and financial institutions for new market opportunities.
