As a Global Technical Recruiter based in Geneva, I am part of the amazing Hiring Team of Sonar. Currently working as a key recruiter with the Software Engineering and Marketing Teams, I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for the different teams worldwide. My main current challenges are: - Liaise with the Engineering Team Hiring Managers to collaborate in all recruitment-related subjects- Focus on hiring technical positions (BE, FE, DevOps, Engineering Manager, Architects) as well as Marketing positions (PMM, Director of Customer Marketing/Advocacy, Developer Advocates)- Helping build the hiring function for the company- Recruiting TA to join our team in our different locations (Switzerland, France, Germany and US)- Provide and receive feedback in order to improve processes and quality- Work with Recruitment Data Analytics in order to provide insights - Work on the development of guidelines (interview plan, agencies guidelines, Hiring Manager Training)- Mentor new joiners in the team, following-up on their onboardingSonar is a tech company in hyper-growth, willing to keep our human-focus mindset, strong culture and professional & fun environment.
