Ever since my learning path led me to discover the User Experience area in 2012, when I studied in Escola Superior de Comunicacao Social, I've tried to apply the concepts to my work life while trying to overall improve the costumer experience. In 2021 I felt that a refresh in the User Experience area was needed and so I enrolled in a UX/ UI course in Lisbon School of Design.
