Strong minds can't be still... and that's about what i can say about myself.What do I do?I HELP WOMEN CREATE A SUCCESS MINDSET.What does that mean?I help women just like you to develop the biggest skill they can develop: a sabotage-proof brain, so that nothing and nobody, specially you, prevent you to become the extraordinary person you were born to be.For that matter I have created the project Inner Journey Coaching, dedicated to help you regain your personal power so that you can transform your life through mindset change, without loosing the control of who you are and what you want.I am also a writer, blog author creator of several ebooks and a Trainer & Speaker, with trainings and lectures given in areas such as personal development, personal branding, marketing, PR, Communication, etc... for the pubic and for companies. I also had the pleasure to participate as a note speaker to several holistic events in Portugal.

Since 2016 I have developed trainings for entrepreneurs, individuals and companies in the areas of personal marketing, life planning, time management, marketing, time management, self-coaching and group coaching. I have done trainings to more than 200 people and trained teams in the more differenciated areas as real estate, recruitment, restaurants, ...Before that and during 12 years I have managed internal trainings related with marketing, communication, innovation and products in a multinacional company as well as speaker in several events.

At the marketing organization of SCA Hygiene Products, on the Health Care Division for almost 12 years have given me a strong background of marketing as only a great company as SCA can offer, with an overview through all the market coverage, from end-users to B-2-B, in Portugal and around the word. SCA as a leading company on its field, trustful and loyal to its customers (internal & external) is not only a day-2-day school but a builder of entrepreneurs and leaders.As Marketing Coordinatior, my level of responsability has been developed in local marketing management, integrating also projects at international level. I was responsible for the brands TENA and LIBERO for the Health Care business area in Portugal, where I develop local marketing strategies for institutional and homecare/pharmacies channels, deploy product knowledge towards the teams and develop our services processes, budget monitoring and control, market analysis through internal and external tools, PR organization of events for both business areas and trainings, etc.In 2015, i had the pleasure to be a part of the Lisbon stopover management team of Volvo Ocean Race. In this task i had the pleasure to be a part of the organization of the SCA pavillion and its activities for consumers and, as well, organize the B2B activities for Nursing Homes. As for "personal return on investment": an experience for LIFE.

Trainee hired to help developing the 5 years strategic plan to the plant in Benavente. After 6 months the plan was made and i passed to the marketing team to develop a market study(2002).
