People Analytics in SAP SuccessFactors

• Demonstrate experience in challenging teams to design processes that can be successfully implemented within SAP Success Factors and ServiceNow platforms. Focus on increasing efficiency while maximizing the potential of these platforms.• Diagnosis, recommendation, development, and promotion of methodologies and frameworks for Process Transformation, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency, and tailored to the cross-business needs of the JM Group;• Support and delivery of organizational transformation projects, supporting and developing the project team in process transformation frameworks and methodologies, assessing risks, providing customized recommendations according to business requirements, and drawing necessary conclusions and lessons learned from the project for future sharing;• Support with expertise and contribute to transformation objectives, either with tools already identified in the Group (e.g., IBM Blueworks) or through sharing knowledge and experience from previous projects and the Group's cross-process vision;• Promote the process transformation mindset through research, sharing of best practices and knowledge, supported by an understanding of the business;• Identify, diagnose, create and discuss KPIs associated with Process Transformation, Efficiency, Continuous Improvement, which allow for analysis and monitoring of process activity organization, supporting reporting and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
