Every brand has a story to tell and as the experienced head of marketing Europe, I understand the power of the voice – voice that not only inspires or motivates but most importantly engages and deliver measurable business goals. Currently, I am pleased to lead and develop the marketing activities for Prologis in Europe. I’m responsible for developing and executing the European marketing strategy in 12 countries. I work side by side with 11 team members who make our team stronger and more effective every single day. In practice, my activities include overseeing budget management, ensuring regional alignment with global projects, developing processes for sharing best practices and leveraging synergies. I’m also responsible for leading cross-border collaboration and providing support to the European and corporate business units and organizations. As a passionate advocate of Inclusion & Diversity I speak often on the subject as programme ambassador.
