I am Marta, I drive companies to achieve their goals, avoiding mistakes and ensuring a successful implementation, by applying LEAN to set the baseline, Agile to drive the change and the road to a Digital Transformation.I am an engineer coming from Barcelona and living in Switzerland, with +15 years of professional experience, most of them involving LEAN and Continuous Improvement. During these years I have learned how to put myself out of my comfort zone, change management: different sectors, different clients, different needs; and most importantly, how to address an efficient communication with different stakeholders and mindsets. That path leads me to my 3 professional passions:1. Analysing, designing and improving processes and organisations, driving them through the change from AS IS to TO BE, hands on and involving teams.2. Teaching and mentoring, I find really rewarding to transfer my knowledge, to students with real examples and simulations, to organisations with methodologies adapted to their culture.3. Finally, my last and newest goal, Digital Transformation. I find LEAN and Continuous Improvement is the baseline for Digitisation. Define your strategy, your objectives and find the solution (AI, Machine Learning, Cloud, Blockchain,...) that will help you to reach them. This is the only way to survive and be competitive in the 4th Revolution.And a part from my professional side, I am a mum, learning Deutsch that loves traveling, any sport, long meals and conversations, unlearn and learn, the Swiss mountains and eat Bravas in Barcelona :)Let me know if we can work together, I am always open to new challenges.Photo Banner by www.freepik.com
