In my role as a Service and Testing Engineer at Kloeckner Desma Machinery Private Limited, I am anintegral part of the engineering team.During my tenure, I have been responsible for conducting the final checks and testing of injectionmolding machines, which includes performing tasks such as strain tests, heating tests, and purgingtests. Additionally, I handle the installation and commissioning processes at customer locations,ensuring seamless implementation.My responsibilities also extend to managing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and addressing andresolving any issues that may arise during the course of operations.

This internship constitutes a crucial component of my final semester project.Throughout this experience, I gained practical experience with NI LabVIEW, Python programming, andArduino development boards.I successfully integrated the Arduino board with various sensors and established a data transfer systemover Ethernet TCP/IP protocol to achieve high data transfer rates. The outcome of this integrationallowed for live monitoring in LabVIEW.
