As a founder with over 20 years of experience in healthcare, I've been instrumental in consulting on complex change programs and providing strategic advisory services, all centered around improving health inequalities and organisational design. Our mission is to catalyse profound, impactful transformation within leadership structures and teams.My commitment to addressing mental health through a diverse lens has led to the creation of Kinship, a community that supports women and allies through an intersectional lens by combatting burnout and promoting self-esteem. Through my work, both one-to-one and in group settings, I've empowered individuals, particularly those with ADHD and PTSD, to thrive without compromising their mental health. We've built a network of cheerleaders and change-makers dedicated to creating psychologically safe spaces and enhancing professional growth.
