As a consultant, responsible for the inventory of the rental equipment fleet and its distribution into 28 stores located in Quebec and Maritimes provinces. - Established the inventory level required to support current and future activities of 28 rental stores, as well as kept the inventory level as per needs and its accuracy (annual inventory and cycle count). - Established strategic agreements to purchase new and used equipment ( $40M).- Ensured support and upgrades of computer system (Rentalman) including acceptance tests following a major upgrade done in Jan 2012.
