I enjoy helping others with their real estate goals. As a "for sale by owner" I learned many lessons that cost me much time and money. I had a friend, REALTOR, help sell a home for me. She was able to do it and to do it easier and net me more than I expected. After this experience I decided that I should look into the training required for licensing. As I completed the training I realized that I couldn't keep the training to myself because I don't want anyone to experience the pitfalls that I experienced as a "do it yourselfer".- Elected President of the Brigham Tremonton Board of REALTORS, BTBR 2013 & 2015- Served as a member of the Utah Association of REALTORS', UAR Board of Directors 2012-2015.- Served as Education Chair 2009-2011 BTBR- Served as a member of the Education Committee of Northern Wasatch Association of REALTORS, NWAOR 2009-2010

Kids On Line Academy (KOLA) is a private non-accredited virtual school. It is perfect for students who don't fit in traditional brick and mortar schools or public online schools. It is also a great way to supplement what students are already doing if they need some extra help in other areas. Students can enroll in KOLA on a full-time or part-time basis.

My wife and I are the learning coaches of our ten children currently using a combination of Read Live, CTC Math, Gizmos, Times Attack, Star Fall, BrainPop, Khan Academy and others for curriculum and content. We have been homeschooling our kids since 2005. Our older children are currently working through Harmony and are in Pioneer Charter School. Our younger kids are currently working through Harmony in eSchool. Over the years we have been in Davis Online, Utah Virtual and Utah Online (formerly Washington Online) and Mountain Heights Academy formerly Open High School. We have a slight unschooling approach with lots of tools/opportunities for learning. Our kids are also enrolled in Kids On Line Academy.
