We worked on a unique process utilising a cathode tube Millennium telecine to scan film reels without a neg cut at 2K. The talented technical team created a calibrated log scanning system to allow us to scan all of the reels in a single pass and without the damage to the film that was inherent in pin registered CCD scanners of the time. As the DI producer it was my job to work closely with the scanning team and the grading team (using Baselight) to finish the film.I also worked as the VFX Coordinator on the TV series P.E.T. Detectives.
