Thus I have chosen to spend my professional life on making this quest for how to create team success, not just a positive dream but something that managers should be able to learn, apply and then achieve consistently in reality. An incredible amount of time, effort and money are spent daily on efforts to correct "teams"​ that are not really able or setup to function well at all. Selecting personnel as well as making the final hiring decisions and controlling all that surrounds this key area are not actions I suggest one delegates to some non-proven "expert" as it will always be you, the manager, who will have to live with the consequences of whatever wrongful decisions are made.So to put it simply, I want to help leaders and managers become fully functional as TEAM BUILDERS. Once you know how to do it you can use that knowledge over and over again and it will never lose its value. In reality this means that a TEAM BUILDER is not spending much of his or her time on personnel problems but rather keeps focus on the next project of business development. Once you have a real team built around you, what you REALLY want to do suddenly becomes possible. And that is the experience I want all of our clients achieve, no matter how impossible it might seem before one get the information including the needed tools that opens the doors to do it right consistently.
