Working in Carleton's Career Center was a fun challenge that allowed me to get to know other students on a deeper level. I helped identify relevant opportunities for mentees based on academic history and personal interests while discussing the many opportunities available to them after graduation. Each term, I developed two projects with team of career assistants and executed corresponding events to enhance community outreach. I further advised students who were assembling resumes and writing cover letters for the first time in preparation for application season.

Greater Chicago Area

I joined Nokia as a summer intern on its simulated field environment team, which aims to model real-world handover and throughput data on devices connected to its 5G radios. My team and I designed and implemented a suite of health-monitoring scripts in Python for our lab, including self-healing and notification features. We also created comprehensive documentation for existing scripts used by professional teams around the world. Maintaining, troubleshooting, and calibrating hardware in the lab was another major part of my day-to-day role.

This internship has been an opportunity to take on an administrative role in a familiar setting. I continue to be involved at Milton's athletic facilities, now handling paperwork and payment for all members. I am the liaison between organizations utilizing the facilities and the various resources Milton offers. In the office, I handle scheduling and deposits to the business office, as well as ensuring that our facilities meet state regulations.

Milton, Ma

In this role, I was the front-end for members of Milton's squash court, pool, and fitness center. I helped to check-in club members and assist new member registration, as well as monitor facilities for proper usage. Finally, I collaborated with security to ensure campus safety.

Dedham, Ma

I joined J. Crew for the holiday season during my school's long academic break. I learned valuable team work and communication skills. I especially enjoyed assisting customers on sales floor and maintaining proper appearance of displays. I further promoted brand loyalty by opening at least one J. Crew store card per shift and enrolling customers in the rewards program
