AIM is an interim management and supply chain consulting company and is part of Blue Matter Consulting, a specialized management consulting firm, headquartered in San Francisco, CA, USA. AIM offers supply chain services for the international pharmaceutical, biotech and life science industries. Our main focus is on companies that bring their first product to the market, companies that make a swing in their business model (i.e. from out-licensing to own infrastructure) and on companies with complex supply chains like in orphan drugs, controlled drugs and advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs).

After successfully stabilizing the performance of the back-office team my role has been expanded to lead the Customer Success Front and back office (7 direct 48 indirect reports). In this role I am responsible for all European commercial order to invoice activities and customer interactions. Taking the team on a journey to increase customer experience, use technology to engage more with our customers and relaying data and analytics to further optimize our processes.

In my role of Sr manager Customer Service - Back Office I was leading the Customer service back office team (17FTE) through a transformation from country to a process focus on order management in Europe. During this time we have been able to increase efficiency on order entry and order management by 20% in the first year while increasing order entry accuracy up to 99.7%.

As Sr manager supply chain I have been responsible to manage Amgen´s European distribution network. My responsibilities included managing 14 outsourced storage operations and 2 Amgen owned warehouses, FTL transport to replenish our forward stock positions and final mile delivery to over 10000 customers in Europe.

As Shared service center manager I developed the shared service center within Global Procurement EAME.- Standardized services to enable transformation from local to regional support.- Increased support from 4 to 9 buyers and 1 to 6 plants.- Focused on harmonizing and improving processes and eliminating non value added time.- Changed from administrative team to regional knowledge center for processes, tools and systems.- Developed new function to support Global procurement succession planningDuring this time I also acted as regional/global project manager for several improvement and P2P related projects

Abbott is a broad based pharmaceutical company with approximately 90000 employees worldwide. Abbott Logistics is the internal logistic service provider that provides warehousing and manages all freight movements worldwide (with the exception of North America) for Abbotts pharmaceutical and nutritional devision.The transportation department within Abbott logistics is responsable for procurment of global transport solutions in accordance with GxP guidelines across all modes of transport. Implementation of these solutions and managing the relationships with transport service providers.As a transport analyst I participated in several global and European procurement projects for different modes of transport. I was also responsible for the development and roll-out of a Control Tower concept which allows for pro-active sea freight management and shipment monitoring for global sea freight originating from several locations within Europe. After implementation I managed the relationships with multiple steamship lines and NVOCCs and served as an escalation step for all issues related to sea freight. Key responsibilities as a transport analyst:- Provide analytical support for tender projects- Set-up and maintain KPIs for effective supplier management- Set-up and maintain reporting tools.

Participated in a supply chain collaboration project in the food industry and wrote a master thesis on the subject.
