Focussing my efforts on helping organisations understand the creative resource they have in house and offering frameworks and tools to utilise that creativity. I enjoying helping teams and businesses to find their purpose and to gain greater insight into what it is they do and how they can enhance that. I also want to help to make the workplace fun by adding games and fun to work that offer practical advantages beyond being a motivational tool.Alongside this I enjoy my work helping startups to also find their purpose and most enjoy working with organisations in the social enterprise and charity sectors that focus on measurable outcomes to help people and communities. I have also freelanced for a number of years and worked for many organisations during that time including Moving Brands, Ministry of Sound and the BBC. I have also worked on projects and campaigns for high profile brands including London Olympics, GlaxoSmithKline, Reed Business Information, CEOPS, O'Neill, Lucozade, Novotel and The Children's Society amongst many others.

I was Senior Designer at Juretic Media from October 2007 to September 2009. I was responsible for all creative output of the company including all branding and print design work as well as our online design. Added to this I was responsible for User Experience and all front end development encompassing, HTML, CSS, Javascript and ActionScript for Flash.

I worked at Worth on a number of projects including public sector sites for the NHS and Civil Service as well as sites for Channel 4 Learning and GlaxoSmithKline. We won an award for the NHS careers website Stepintothenhs.nhs.uk for which I designed and created the interactive piece central to the site.

Digital Design for many clients specialising in the events sector.

Designer across a number of e-learning projects with a specialist remit to design, create & produce all Audio and Video content for Digitalbrain's products.

I was a designer and content producer for Ministry of Sound for a little over 18 months and became the lead designer there during this period. I was responsible for the creation of audio and video content along with design of the main website at ministryofsound.com along with creation of microsites to promote club nights, album releases and events as well as creation of marketing campaigns for brand partnerships including Philips, BT, Sol beer and Diamond White. Other specialised work carried out included creating streaming media for the site for video, radio and streaming audio. I was also responsible for the hiring of freelance designers and front end developers. I have been contracted for other web work by Ministry of Sound since leaving this position.
