Implementation of the first Lean Manufacturing lines. One batch flow and U-shape production. Process Improvement and Ergonomic Training to all levels. Responsible to order and keep an inventory control of machinery for new products. Introduction of new products and definition of processes in order to achieve quality and goals required.

Leader of Kaizen events. Develop and implement Project Cost-benefit in order to find opportunity areas where to save money and increase efficiency and productivity through Six sigma tools.
