Working as a young apprentice in the RPA Petrobras project, I had the opportunity to explore and understand the automation field, while learning from experienced professionals.Responsibilities:- Provide support to the project team in maintaining and creating technical documentation for automations, covering low, medium, and high complexity levels.- Develop flowcharts using the Bizagi tool.- Contribute to the gathering of strategic reports, mapping and understanding which automations could benefit from trigger implementation, aiming to enhance the process at hand.Benefits and achievements:- During the apprenticeship program, I participated in workshops covering topics such as Hardware and Software, Unix and Linux, operating systems, and received training in Excel, covering basic and intermediate levels.- By interacting with professionals in the field, I gained knowledge about agile methodologies, project management and organization, as well as the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) area.
