Retired as of March 1, 2019. I have had the pleasure of working beside some amazing staff at the PGA TOUR for over 32 years. The TOUR believes in their employees, and offers many opportunities and benefits to assist their employees in achieving their goals and planning for their retirement. The world needs leaders like you!D you know that I have been to every "THE PLAYERS CHAMPIONSHIP" SINCE 1980!For over 32 years, I have managed Workers'​ Compensation claims for multi states, Manage Family and Medical Leave since 1993 and attended Master FMLA courses, Managed benefit claims for 20 years, COBRA, HR, Co-chaired our wellness program for 15 years. We received the Silver Well Work Place Award from WELCOA. Completed the Wellness University training sessions with WELCOA to become a certified wellness practitioner in 2011 to present. I am also a Certified Workers Compensation Professional (CWCP) with University of Michigan.Recent achievements: * PGA TOUR has earned a First Coast Healthiest Companies Gold Level Award for 2011, 2012 d 2013 and 2014.* PGA TOUR has earned the American Heart Assoications Gold Wellworkplace Award for 2011 to present. * I was recognized by the Wellness Council of American for achieveing the certification as a WELCOA Faculty member for 2011 to present. *Led the TOUR to be the winner of Humana's Inaugural Champ Camp Challenge (98% completion of HRA, increased particiaption in Humana's on-line wellness programs, increase employees status levels, engaged employees to make behavior changes.* 2014 Completed FMLA Master Certification*2015 Employee Ambassador of the Year Award
