Martha Martinez-Bradley is vice president and program manager of the Hispanic Segments Enterprise Marketing Team at Wells Fargo & Company. Her focus is to develop and refine Wells Fargo’s Hispanic strategy to ensure that the company continues to acquire more Hispanic customers, and retain and profitably serve its Hispanic customer base. Bradley joined Wachovia (now Wells Fargo) in 2008 as vice president for the General Banks Training and Development Organization. She was responsible for Learning and Development for Wachovia Corporation and Line of Business strategies in support of 2,600 financial centers including Retail, Wholesale, Mortgage, Distribution and Credit Card, representing annual revenues of $14B and deposits of $290B. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Bradley held executive positions with AT&T-Lucent Technologies, serving in various leadership roles for more than 25 years. During her tenure, she managed and provided strategic direction across 14 countries within the Caribbean and Latina America to a team of over 300 skilled area/regional professionals. Martha is a Board chair of the Latin American Chamber of Commerce Charlotte. She was recognized as the 2011 Latina of the Year by the Hispanic American Chamber of Commerce Foundation of Essex County for her dedication, commitment and service to the Hispanic Community. She was also honored by Nassau County Office of Minority Affairs for her support to the Latino Community she recently received the Campeon 2011 Award from Fusion Multicultural Marketing and Communications organization in Charlotte.
