-Develop and implement engagement initiatives, including office events, recognition programs, and surveys to gauge employee satisfaction. -Co-lead Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee in charge of monthly celebrations for the Theatre Support Office and Theatre. -Partners with theatre operations and other departments for the continuous improvement of Company culture and initiatives. -Work with theatre operations and hiring managers to develop recruitment plans for specific positions, which includes creating job postings and ads, interviewing processes, and sourcing. -Administer ad placements/postings to ensure the correct applicant pool is reached, monitor recruitment methods, and recommend new communication strategies. -Provides talent consulting to hiring managers and interviewers on interview techniques, guidance on interview questions, and making the right hiring decisions. -Screen candidates by phone and/or video call, schedule interviews, and assist hiring managers during in-person interviews, as required. -Partner with other departments to seek constant improvement in our careers website, HRIS/ATS system, marketing efforts, community involvement, and more.-Create compensation studies for new positions for the Theatre and Theatre Support Office.-Manage all current and new job descriptions for the Theatre Support Office.

• Full cycle recruiting for Arizona, Oklahoma, California, and Colorado theater and corporate positions. • Administer HRIS system applicant tracking system (Dayforce) and internal/ external job postings and other publications. Make any modifications to the onboarding process and documents through ATS. • Screen candidates and coordinate virtual and in-person interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Nurture interdepartmental solid relationships and maintain constant communication with candidates and managers. • Gather and evaluate data to recommend appropriate hiring ranges and salaries for offers. • Draft and send offers to candidates and serve as the point of contact throughout the onboarding process. • Conduct New Hire Orientation, perform facility tour, arrange IT set up, and submit I-9 for all corporate hires. • Partners with other HR team members for events such as employee engagement activities, anniversary recognitions, wellness competitions, and holiday events.

• Constantly thinking of new ways to improve recruiting processes- including the candidate experience, interview practices, funnel-building, reporting, quality of hire, hiring manager experience, and more.• Responsible for high volume and complete life cycle recruiting within our Logistics Department to constantly meet monthly staffing goals. • ATS management and sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn, indeed, Glassdoor, and more. • Work alongside the background team, talent development, and local HRGs for the best onboarding experience for all leadership candidates.

• Post all open positions on the company’s website and other job boards as appropriate and manage open/close/canceled/on-hold requisitions.• Administer ATS, source, screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate or conduct in-person interviews- Full-cycle recruiting. • Maintain related HR databases, social media and ATS system updated.• Facilitates pre-employment screening, and initiates background checks. Prepare offer letters and coordinate pre-employment screenings- Full-cycle onboarding.• Seek and continue communication with recruitment sources such as universities, private search firms, community colleges, and professional organizations.• Use traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, job fairs, and community network events, to find candidates.• Facilitate New Hire Orientation twice a month. Coordinate quarterly Corporate Orientation as well as other extracurricular trainings. Plan and execute employee engagement events.• Participate in employee relations issues and answer employee questions in regard to policies and procedures. • Release and track New Hire and annual Compliance Training for the organization. Assist with audits, gather employee metrics, and input data into employee files.
