As a Senior Program Manager at Cradle to Career, I work with diverse communities to address their needs and challenges, such as health, education, advocacy and empowerment. I collaborate with local agencies, partners, and stakeholders to design and implement effective programs and initiatives that improve the quality of life and well-being of the people we serve.Prior to joining United Way-Cradle to Career, I was a Housing Specialist at The Health Trust, where I assisted clients in securing and maintaining affordable and stable housing, as well as accessing other resources and services. I also contributed to the program development and outreach for the CalAIM initiative, which aims to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for Medi-Cal beneficiaries. I have a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from California State University San Marcos, and I am passionate about social justice, and community programming.
