Deal finalized Jan 30, 2022, and the new, smaller Suez was delisted. -

In 2020, we sold the company to Cap Gemini (EUR 14.50/share, premium of 33%; more than 25% accretion of EPS in first year). I also managed the team of patent attorneys and the portfolio of intellectual property. Served as Director on board of Areva Med, and on the board of the Areva Foundation. -
