Martha has been profiled by CBS' 60 Minutes and NBC's Today Show in the US and has also appeared on television in Brazil and Russia. She battled epilepsy both on and off stage for many years until a team of doctors at The Cleveland Clinic removed sections of her right brain to stop the neurological storms.Because she knows her own medical case well and can perform in both words and music, she brings to the stage unique insight from the inner world of the human being.As a graduate student, her private teaching was in conjunction with Young Peoples' String Quartet presentations into schools which morphed into University Interdisciplinary music/science Lecture Recitals as well as Inspirational performance/speaking presentations.
