I am currently employed as the multimedia project manager for the Engineering is Elementary (EIE) Program at the Museum of Science, Boston. EIE is the nation's leading engineering curriculum for grades 1 - 5. In support of this project, my team and I have produced an extensive library of video resources to help educators. I am responsible for pedagogical and logistical aspects of video resource development, including review of final products to ensure educational quality and oversight of timelines and deliverables.

Newton, Ma

As part of the Center for Science Education at EDC, I worked on several NSF-funded projects, including: Insights: An Elementary Hands-On Inquiry Science Curriculum, which included 16 curriculum modules for grades K-5; the Connecting Science and Literacy Project, a set of professional development materials to address the role of literacy in the deepening of elementary science learning; and the Possible Worlds Project, a suite of digital games that help improve understanding of science phenomena by middle schoolers.

Needham, Ma

As a part of the Needham Science Center, I was responsible for developing and presenting unique science programs in all K-5 classrooms in Needham. A specialist in natural history, I also maintained the live animal center, which included over 30 species of raptors, reptiles, amphibians, and mammals.

Cambridge, Ma

Worked with Howard Gardner and Dennie Wolf on all phases of The Early Symbolization Project, a research endeavor that led to, among other things, Dr. Gardner’s theory of Multiple Intelligences.
