Ensured compliance with policies and procedures, and the relationship with the Nuevo Laredo plant and its union.▪ Led a team in building a respected centralized service structure oriented to identify cost reduction to contribute to the effectiveness of ACCO. ▪ Supported by Lean-Six Sigma methodologies, restructured services and benefits structure to non-taxable benefits which saved ACCO over $2.4M for the Nogales operation alone.▪ Ranked “Number One” in safety practices for 2 years in ACCO worldwide.
