A4 specializes in athletic apparel and uniforms for team sports such as football, baseball, basketballalong with sport apparel.Primary goal was to move domestic cut & sew products with low IMU to full package overseas inorder to improve IMU. In addition, responsible for tracking and troubleshooting all phases ofdevelopment of all new products, along with full package import production.Cut & Sew to Full Package● Meet with management to identify styles by product class with low IMU's that needed to bemoved to full package overseas to improve cost. Once styles are identified start the processwith overseas vendors.● Based on current cost, work out target prices to improve IMU.● Worked closely with technical design to make any styling changes that can improve costingwithout losing the aesthetics of style.● Meet with upper management to determine needs by product class for any new product.● Initiate the development process of the product.● Follow up on initial proto and cost.● Source fabrications & trims.● Communicate and monitor development status.● Meet with uppermangement to review proto, costing, and timeline.● Once style is adopted work closely with technical design on the fit approval process.● Responsible for BOM’s, style set up and raw material and costing set up in AS400.● Responsible for bulk fabric and trim, tracking submits and approvals.● Order and follow up on photo shoot and salesman samples.Import Production● Issue production PO's to overseas factories.● Follow up on all fit, pre-production and top of production pcs.o Work closely with TD on fit approval.● Follow up with factories to ensure 3rd party garment inspections are scheduled on time tomeet garment deliveries. Review and approve reports, any issues or concerns work withfactories to resolve.● Responsible for bulk garment delivery.

Travel to China with CEO to source factories.Attend weekly production meetings with CEO, CFO, Customer Service, & DC Managers to discuss current production status and needs. Daily communication with overseas agents on the status of orders, monitor factories capacity. Issue bulk POs to factories. Follow up with PD team to ensure tech packs and patterns are sent to factories on time based on calendar dates.Responsible production fittings are approved in time to ensure on-time delivery. Track PP's & TOP's with factories to make sure they are submitted in time to meet delivery. Sit in on all production fittings. Communicate all fit comments to factories, follow up on 2nd submits when needed. Responsible for bulk garment deliveries. Work with agents to resolve any potential delays to garment delivery. Work with freight forwarders and brokers on shipments leaving and arriving. Work closely with QC team on approval processes. Any quality issues work with QC to have merchandise repaired in a timely matter to make garment delivery to accounts, keep upper management updated on the status.

Managed seasonal calendar from development to bulk delivery. Responsible for keeping Cross Functional Team (CFT) on schedule in order to maintain deliveries. Developed and managed product within assigned category for all brands. Follow up on bulk fabric, trims and testing.Conduct thorough review and preparation of proto samples and costing packages for seasonal pre-proto review meeting. Schedule and conduct pre-proto meeting.Attend seasonal proto meeting and confirmation meetings with buyers. Communicate all changes to agents and confirm costing based on changes. Responsible for initial and negotiating final cost to meet department IMU goals.Follow up with control buyers to ensure PO’s are issued on time to maintain deliveries. Responsible for production status and monitoring shipments. Communicate delivery information to inventory control department as needed.Responsible or quality issues chargebacks and provide quality assessment for cross functional team to review as well as offering solutions for improvement.
