With over 25+ years of experience in financial services, sales and marketing she has developed strong communication and people management skills that enable her to lead and inspire her team and partners.She launched her entrepreneurial career into health and wellness after a personal health revelation. As a personal trainer she was helping women over 40 live healthy and happy lives through diet and exercise. Today she helping women live happy and healthy through regular social connection. The idea for Frendii was inspired when a client hired to her walk with her 4 days per week for an hour for several months. Martha experienced firsthand the need we have for regular social and human connections.
