As part of the Programme Leadership team at ttopstart, it is our goal to transform healthcare and ensure that ideas, medicines, tools and therapies come to market faster. We support leading researchers and innovative companies in life sciences & health by making the route to impactful results easier. I have extensive experience in managing various EU (IMI, IHI, H2020, HEU) and national (NWO) funded projects and in supporting coordinators with day-to-day tasks, periodic reports, and amongst others, amendments. I ensure that projects align with the strategic goals and compliance requirements of the funding bodies.Additionally, I play a key role in ensuring the sustainability of projects by conducting thorough market and stakeholder research, writing business plans and searching for follow-up funding opportunities to secure the longevity and continued impact of initiatives.

In my role as a Health Innovator, I helped scale-ups and SMEs with market introductions by coordinating projects, performing desk research, taking part in strategy sessions and communicating with different healthcare organisations.

After finishing my internship at Trimbos, I transcribed a number of interviews for Trimbos Institute on the smoke-free generation movement in the Netherlands. These interviews were then used as input for analysis by Trimbos researchers.

I assisted the project manager and worked on a project, RECOVER-E funded by the European Commission. RECOVER-E is a three year H2020 project that started in January 2018 and aims to develop community mental health teams in five countries for individuals with severe mental illnesses. The internship focus was on writing reports, administrative tasks and dissemination. I took documents from local teams and ensured for compliance with European Commission standards and wrote articles to disseminate scientific findings to mainstream audience.

All-round student ambassador for the UK and Ireland country team at Maastricht University. I was in charge of promoting UM at fairs and events for prospective students, providing students with brochures, explaining what specific courses entail and the admission requirements.

Served on the board of the football club and chaired weekly meetings which involved working collaboratively with other members from the board, helping those interested in joining a team, answering any questions and troubleshooting.
