-Develop and implement ASRT Annual Communication Plan-Launch and distribute direct/digital campaigns and promotional materials-Manage current and prospective donors through cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship best practices-Coordinate physical and digital donor touch-points (Mailings, newsletters, emails, etc.)-Network with members of the local business/philanthropic community to increase awareness for our mission, attract financial support, and identify new initiatives adaptable for our organization-Pursue relevant grant opportunities-Generate and manage digital public relations surrounding events, sponsors, donors, and other development-related content on social media-Structure organization promotional content from coworkers for public relations materials-Streamline and manage organizational databases to maximum effectiveness-Orient, analyze, and evaluate organizational efforts to inform adjustment and directional strategies-Coordinate and support ASRT event logistics (invitations, press releases, schedules, etc.)-Assist Executive Director with legislative events and initiatives
