I have been licensed by the State of California since the early 1980's to represent both buyers and sellers on the sales and purchases of their homes. I prefer to work with single family homebuyers and I love to work with first time homebuyers and move up buyers. I am not currently marketing myself as I broke my back in 08/2010 and I am in recovery mode from my surgery from that and I am still finding my way back to the real work slowly, but I still refer alot of my loyal customers to my broker and my partner at Parkside.
