Serve as a Techno- Functional HRMS Manager position. In this role I was responsible for the support for all modules for the PeopleSoft HCM Application. Version 9.2/8.53 and 9.0/8.50. We are using HR, Payroll, Base Benefits, BenAdmin, eRecruit (Talent Acquisition Manager), Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service and Profile Management. I directed the future activities for the PeopleSoft HCM Application for Erlanger HR. This included implementing new functionality, determining the upgrade strategy and maintaining a very strong production environment. Serve as a liaison between the Technical Team and the Functional Users. Evaluate and prioritize any customizations for business feasibility. Develop Technical Specifications and assure that any changes function as requested. Initiate process improvements, all table setup, production problem solving, record design, process redesign, security setup and maintenance, training users, PS Query development, and SQR development. Process improvement projects since beginning employment at Erlanger include• Upgrade for the PeopleSoft Application from Version 9.0 to Version 9.2• Upgrade for the PeopleSoft Application from Version 8.8 to Version 9.• Implement Employee Self-Service (Job Opening, Online W2, Pay Statement, Personal Information, Direct Deposit, Federal Tax, State Tax (AL &GA), Profile Management• Implement of Manager Self-Service(Create Job Openings & review candidates, budget reports, HR reports, licenses & certifications)• Implement Salary Planning • Implement and Maintain Ben Admin (full implementation with eBenefits). This includes all the setup for on-going benefits activities and Open Enrollment.• Implement Profile Management(Licenses, Certifications)• Automate Interfaces with provides/vendors: Talx (the Work Number), Milliman, BC/BST, MetLife, Unum, FlexCorp, State of Tennessee, VSP.• Implement Image Now (Imaging System interfacing with PeopleSoft) for Employee Files
