Martha Kelly is an aspiring animator and artist born in New Jersey, raised in South Florida, and currently residing in Orlando, Florida. Martha’s art ranges in a variety of mediums from watercolor and acrylic painting to 2D animation and 3D computer generated imagery. Her work is largely inspired by female figures throughout pop culture, history, and current political events. She hopes to use her creative skills to design characters and art pieces that express a variety of emotions and concepts to show that girl power comes in all different forms, sizes, and colors.  Martha has completed her BFA in Emerging Media with a specialization in Experimental Animation from the University of Central Florida, with a certificate in Substitute Teaching, finished in May 2018. She is a driven animator and digital/traditional artist seeking employment in a creative and stimulating work environment. Looking to expand knowledge and improve upon creative and communicative skills, whilst enriching my portfolio and accumulating industry experience.
