Over the course of my executive career at Regions, I served in two market leadership roles in the state of Florida. My leadership accountability spanned the commercial and consumer banking businesses, marketing, real estate and fraud protection, with up to an 825-member organization servicing a highly diverse customer base comprised of large corporations, mid-market companies, small businesses, high-net-worth individuals and retail consumers. In the North Florida/Jacksonville market, I led the organization through a major expansion phase, built and promoted the brand in the marketplace through community engagement and strategic collaborations and steered the profitable business recovery effort following the economic crisis in 2008. Most recently, for the past six years, I headed the business in West Florida where I revitalized the organization, transforming from the lowest-ranked to the highest-performing market across performance measures -- credit quality, sales, employee engagement and customer satisfaction. I fostered an accountable, high-performing culture through personal ownership, positive reinforcement and praise and created a highly engaged workforce. In year three of my leadership appointment, I achieved an unprecedented increase in employee engagement against Gallup’s benchmark and was invited to co-author a case study highlighting best practices and direct link to financial successes.In my roles as a Business President, I also engaged regularly with cross-industry executives on corporate financial strategy and debt structure and served on enterprise leadership committees focused on mitigating risk, strengthening compliance, responding to market conditions, and promoting holistic client approach.

Earlier Commercial Banking Career Highlights Progressed up the commercial banking leadership ranks to EVP as the youngest and among the first female members of the state’s leadership team as Florida Treasury Management leader. Began career as the first Commercial Leasing Officer for the bank in Florida, advanced to a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager and later to a Business Banking Sales Manager prior to my senior leadership appointment.
