A native of Chicago, I began my career as a reporter and photographer in the newspaper industry. I have continued my career working with nonprofit and for-profit enterprises as a journalist and communications professional in many capacities, including public relations in the Mayor's Office in Chicago. I also own and operate a communications business in Chicago and Columbus, Ohio, serving editorial, government and corporate accounts.
