Some listed below:  Develop, send, and monitor company invoices for customers. Daily monitor of company’s bank accounts and prepare financial reports to President. Manage the daily data entry of the accounting software (QuickBooks Online), reconcile transactions with statements, among other specific tasks requested by the President.  Keep accurate records and process payment to vendors after verifying information and obtaining payment authorization. Maintain accurate financial records of all receivable and payable transactions and preparation of reports.  Monitor the collection of revenue and direct communication with customers of late/insufficient payments and/or resolving any issues in collaboration with customer service staff in relation to billing reports and invoices.  Maintain close communication with factoring agency on the delivery of invoices and payables. Oversee purchasing of office and warehouse supplies for three company facilities. Maintain relationships with key-vendor suppliers on keeping competitive costs, quality and delivery of goods and services.  Close collaboration with company staff to monitor vendors and assess quality of service and competitive cost, as well as work with Customer Services and Inventory Control staff to forecast purchases for warehouse customers. Research, meet and negotiate with new vendors.
