I am a driven, experienced and results oriented environmental resources professional with diverse experience in coastal natural resource, climate adaptation and emergency management. I have worked for various agencies throughout my career providing expertise and leadership to ensure effective program management through collaboration with multiple agencies. Throughout my career I have lead large teams on complex assignments that has been extremely rewarding for me. My experience includes positions of increasing scope and responsibility at several public agencies in three states. I have also established a successful coastal wetlands program "Mid-Atlantic Coastal Wetlands Assessment" securing over $3m in grant funding over the last decade.
