I have been a salesman since I was 7. I peddled Girl Scout cookies for years from door to door & in front of the local grocer. I have the badge sash to prove it. I currently work part-time screening applicants for a local leasing & management company. Since I have extensive background in leasing, having been an on-site manager for over 6 years, this comes naturally. As the Leasing Manager before I got my real estate license, I was responsible for leasing, rent collection & Accounts Receivable books, lease signings/walk-through inspections, maintenance & turnkey coordination, dispossessory filing all the way through to eviction when necessary.

I earned an Assistant Manager position in Juniors shortly after becoming full time. My aspirations were to be in the Buying Office. I took an Assistant Department Manager position in the Junior Department & later in Fine Jewelry at the Lenox Mall store. I was able to obtain a clerical position in the Dress Buying Department, then later an Assistant Buyer position as well. Rich's was a fine Atlanta tradition. The Rich family had the highest of goals in customer service. They provided a nice assortment. They did this for close to 150 years. It was a sad day when Atlanta lost this establishment. I am proud to say I was a part of this history.The Rich brothers are at Oakland Cemetery with other well renown Atlantans such as Margaret Mitchell & Bobby Jones.
