I guide group leaders through the purchasing process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. I build new offers for non-traditional group buyers, and I am always on the lookout for innovative ways to organize groups.

I assisted in the management of our box office and phone centers throughout each season, providing excellent customer service to guests and staff members in high pressure situations. I reviewed box office reports at end of night, and reconciled cash and credit card batches for posting. I trained staff, creating and maintaining training documentation.

I assisted guests with ticket purchases in person and over the phone, working quickly with accuracy. I helped troubleshoot purchasing issues for guests in a timely manner, often under pressure. I also completed database tasks as needed, in addition to fulfilling auction donation requests.

I encouraged associates to exceed sales goals for membership programs. I lead the execution of events for popular book releases, such as the release of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. I verified cash tills, reconciled cash wraps for associates at the end of their shifts, and prepared nightly deposits. I also adjusted and maintained merchandising following company specifications.

I worked in a fast-paced coffee shop, working in concert with my colleagues to quickly and accurately prepare beverage and food orders for customers.

I assisted book buyers in finding the perfect title for that child in their life, maintaining the merchandising and inventory for the Kids section of the store.

I helped open and close two very well used student centers throughout the year. I helped set up and breakdown events, setting up necessary tables and chairs, as well as A/V equipment, for student and faculty events, as well as visiting conferences.
