Division President
Manages two large contracts, with over 1300 personnel, including 8 subcontractor contracts, in 7 US locations and 3 overseas locations. Manages a leadership team with 3 Vice Presidents and 11 Division Leads, ensuring contractual requirements are met within cost and schedule.Has overall responsibility for recruiting, hiring, staff development, work schedules, evaluation, discipline, salary recommendations, terminations, and retention of Division staff. Interacts regularly with internal and subcontractor recruiters to ensure they attract and hire quality employees. For current employees, continuously evaluates the effectiveness of support and reallocates resources as required by program phases and changes in staffing requirements.Is a member of the Oasis Executive Team and reports performance to the Board of Directors. As an Executive Team member, provides strategic vision and policy to ensure company success and to maintain a competitive posture in an ever-changing business environment. Develops a strong working relationship with government customer representatives and is responsible for customer relationship management through customer interfacing with the government senior leadership, senior contracting leadership, and subcontractor partners. Ensures that the Division is following policies, procedures, and Corporate Compliance Program, as wells as with federal, state, and local regulations. Works with the Senior VP of contracts to ensure all contractual requirements are met and coordinates responses to government requests and contract deliverables.
