As a research staff on the Reecoplast team, I help in the following aspects;1. Develop new data collection techniques.2. Discover new project opportunities.

The human resource division is one of the executive arms of Enactus KNUST that manages issues regarding human relations. The division is also in charge of recruitment and onboarding of new members, planning general meetings and contributes to the day-to-day running of the team.My major roles as Vice President for HR include;1. Performance management.2. Recruitment and onboarding of new members.3. Preparing timely communiques for events.4. Moderating general meetings.5. Taking minutes during executive meetings.6. Serving as a mediator in solving conflicts.

As a research intern at the NGS lab and Bioinformatics lab, I trained on SARS-CoV-2 genomic sequencing by performing:- DNA extraction and cDNA synthesis- Normal Conventional Polymerase Chain Reaction - Gel electrophoresis - MinIon library preparation and NGS sequencing - Bioinformatics using R language with Pangolin and Nextclade web apps.
