When I started with this company I moved round the different sites helping manage them until Bath CAU opened. I have been at CAU for two years now opening a site and watching it grow into the best steak house in Bath. I loved helping to establish CAU in Bath and watched its success and reputation grow by the day. This fast expanding company was a great chance to expand my knowledge of working in a rapidly growing branded restaurant and worked my way up from Assistant Manager to General Manager.
