What is there in common between Social Communication and Banking and Finance?The answer is simple: people!In my 20 years of professional experience, I have confirmed a premise I have always believed in: listening is the most important asset in a conversation.I have built a career full of satisfaction in both the financial and the insurance sectors. When I had barely finished my course of studies in Social Communication, I already felt attracted to challenges. For this reason, I started my profession leading a team of 60 people, older and more experienced than me, in the commercial area of a multinational insurance company.From that moment, different responsibilities, positions, and learning have allowed me to construe my professional profile, enabling me to aid the financial growth of high-net-worth clients and help lead transversal teams within the organization I belong to.I have focused on specializing my profile in international private banking management. To achieve this, I combine my experience in commercial banking, private thinking, asset management, insurance, and creation of financial strategies with my leadership skills, communication at all levels, negotiation, adaptation to change, and active listening.I am convinced that much of the success in the relationships and closing of important business I have led is based on my genuine interest in clients and their real needs and on the development of financial and asset strategies that satisfy their expectations.Thus, during these 20 years, I have managed to maintain an impeccable career line within the financial and insurance sectors and also maintained my professional growth, even in times of crisis.During this time, I have experienced mergers and acquisitions of the organizations I belonged to.
