Created a detailed country roadmap and monitored 18-project portfolio by collaborating closely with International executives.Orchestrated weekly cross-functional planning meetings, maintained a meeting tracker, and held stakeholders accountable while driving project completion under aggressive timelines.Assessed and managed risk throughout the project life cycle of multiple complex cross-functional Global projects simultaneously: Costco Europe and China Depots - Discovery phase, IT International Monitoring and Incident Response, and International Data Erasure.Analyzed and escalated system outages that occur in UK/Iceland warehouses requiring in depth review and analysis; including the ability to troubleshoot an event, research the potential cause, and recommend a course of action.Key leader in the Costco UK/Iceland’s Information Security Compliance Program by supporting US and UK team members on the ongoing compliance activities and monitoring efforts across different regulations and GRC Standards (SOX, HIPAA, PCI, and GDPR).

Championed a successful collaboration between Costco Mexico and Costco Canada to enhance the “Non-Saleable Inventory and Return to Vendor” processes used in all 32 Mexican warehouses by: handling requirement gathering and establishing a detailed stakeholder communication plan. This resulted in measurable cost savings across all Mexican warehouses.Planned and executed User Acceptance Testing sessions for the Data Warehouse Modernization project in which 24 reports were migrated. Testing for full report functionality included stakeholders from 8 Business Areas. The run-time for all reports was reduced by an average of 40 seconds. All reports are used by 500 end-users in the Mexico Corporate Office and 32 Mexican warehouses. All documentation was translated to Spanish to accommodate language barriers.

Directed the $800K regional EIS400 Modernization Effort in which 500 users and 3,000 queries were migrated from Showcase Query to SAP Web Intelligence or Alteryx within a 3-month timeline to complete the project in 9 Costco regional offices in the United States and Canada.Recruited and managed a team of 3 FTE BI Developers and 3 BI contractors to be solely dedicated to travelling to the 9 Costco regional offices to support employees with Webi report and Alteryx workflow development and saved 150K in contracting costs.Developed a detailed travel schedule for all project team members, allocated resources based on number of queries that needed to be converted, and tracked project milestones for each of the 9 regions.Created an interactive Google website that provided step by step training materials and troubleshooting documentation to 500 Solution and Data Leads across corporate and regional offices leading to 1.3M in training costs.Converted 150 Showcase queries into 100 SAP Web Intelligence reports and 50 Alteryx Workflows to provide non-technical Business and Operations Leadership with reports and workflows to make key business decisions impacting all US and Canada warehouses.Partnered with vendors to host virtual training sessions to help Costco regional employees develop beginner and intermediate skills in Alteryx and SAP Web Intelligence.

Designed and implemented 15 resource allocation tracking dashboards to ensure the completion of capitalized and expensed projects by 250+ Costco IT employees within the Information Management organization.Utilized project management best practices to develop thorough documentation for 11 Database Administration projects resulting in proper resource allocation and efficient project delivery. Led requirement gathering for the Credit Account Modernization Project to develop multiple mobile and desktop BI reports for warehouse management to properly track the thousands of Costco credit card applications submitted across 452 US-based warehouses. Fostered a culture of collaboration and decision making based on data by working with corporate executives and multiple Information Services teams.

1st Year Resident Assistant-Xavier Global House-Spanish Living Learning Community-Built community, hosted events for incoming students, served as support system, attended weekly meetings with supervisors and staff, organized events for the Housing and Residence Life department.2nd Year Resident Assistant-Xavier Global House-Spanish Learning Community -Hosted events for incoming students focused on Latin America and other Spanish speaking coutnries, helped as a support system for incoming students, and 1st year Resident Assistants, helped supervisors organize weekly staff meetings, managed a yearly budget to be able to host high quality events for residents, helped organize department wide events.3rd Year Resident Assistant-Bellarmine Hall-Hurtado Learning Community-Serve as a mentor and as a support system for incoming students and younger resident assistants, host events focused on a wide variety of social justice issues, serve as a bridge between younger Resident Assistants and Residence Director, contribute to department wide events, manage a budget to host high quality events, help organize weekly staff meetings, help organize the quarterly schedule for the Bellarmine RA staff.

Ten week IS Internship program to learn more about Costco Wholesale and its Business Intelligence department.-Updated the Costco Business Intelligence website when new desktop or mobile reports became available to Costco Wholesale Corporate Employees and Warehouse Managers.-Provided technical support to Corporate and Warehouse employees on desktop and mobile reports that provide metrics that are critical to daily warehouse operations.-Contacted Costco employees across the nation to make sure all of their questions were being answered about the new Roambi mobile application and the different Business Intelligence reports .-Helped write and re-organize Business Intelligence report documentation.

Completed an eight week internship in the United States Senate working for the Office of United States Senator Patty Murray.-Attended a wide variety of briefings and hearings on education, immigration and healthcare issues.-Provided tours of the Capitol Building to visiting Washington State Constituents.-Handled phone calls and e-mails sent by constituents.-Researched a variety of topics upon request from Legislative Assistants.

Selected by the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute to be one out of 32 Latin@ college students across the United States for their prestigious 8-week long internship Program. Comcast Foundation graciously selected me as one of the interns to be fully funded throughout CHCI's Summer program. As one of the Comcast Foundation interns, it provided me with the opportunity to attend a daylong leadership development conference in the Comcast Headquarters in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
