Schedule and provide in-person and virtual training and/or presentations to the public and allied professionals related to Division of Victim Services programs such as the Address Confidentiality Program and Victim Compensation•Conduct Cyber Safety presentations for middle and high school students as requested•Establish and maintain working relationships with others by attending and participating in local community meetings, outreach events, task forces, and fatality review teams pertaining to victim services•Serve as a liaison between the Office of the Attorney General and local victim service providers regarding services for crime victims in Florida and provide technical assistance related to victim compensation claims as applicable•Respond to incidents of mass violence in the state and assist with the victim compensation process•Prepare and submit accurate monthly statistical reports on activities and services to crime victims•Work as part of a team to complete special projects as directed•Serve as liaison for the Attorney Generals Office and Victim Service providers in Broward County

Provide Group and Individual facilitation of the Grief Recovery Outreach Program®, Respond to workplaces and communities to provide grief counseling and crisis intervention after a traumatic incident occurs. Provide educational workshops on grief, loss, and grieving children.
